Better choices.
Better buildings.
Explore current residential technologies that can be assessed for a particular place, budget and long-term use.
Innovation that earns its place.
There is no universal package for every home. Neoterra can review energy, water, envelope and control technologies with qualified specialists, then select those that suit the site, residents, operating needs and project economics.
These are potential solutions, not a specification or performance promise for every Neoterra development.

Photovoltaics, considered from the roof down.
Contemporary crystalline-silicon modules, including advanced n-type designs, can be compared for output, roof fit, shading, durability and serviceability. Building-integrated solutions may be appropriate where the envelope and architecture support them.
- Orientation, usable area and shading matter.
- Selection follows project-specific yield and lifecycle assessment.

Use more of the day after dark.
A suitable battery can store surplus solar electricity produced during the day for use in the evening or at other times without sunshine. Capacity, power, safety, backup function and cost must match actual demand; a battery does not guarantee energy independence.

Systems that work together.
Heat pumps, low-temperature distribution, ventilation, shading and measured controls can be coordinated with the building envelope. Smart energy management may shift suitable loads toward solar production while preserving comfort and simple operation.

The quiet technology in every wall.
Insulation, airtight detailing, high-quality windows, thermal-bridge control and summer shading are often more valuable than a visible gadget. Material options, including suitable mineral or bio-based products, should be compared for performance, durability, moisture behaviour and lifecycle impact.

Make better use of what falls on site.
Rainwater can be collected, stored and filtered for suitable non-potable uses such as landscape watering where design and local conditions support it. Storage, overflow, maintenance and separation from drinking water are part of the assessment.

Reuse only with the right safeguards.
Greywater from appropriate household sources may be assessed for treatment and limited non-potable reuse. The value of a system depends on water demand, treatment, hygiene, separate pipework, operation and applicable local requirements. It is an option for feasibility review, not a default installation.
Evidence before specification.
Every Neoterra project is intended to receive an official Austrian Energieausweis. Technology choices and the resulting classification are documented for the actual development; no illustrated feature implies a certified rating.
